Q: How many items can a mighty wallet hold?
A: The expandable Mighty Wallet is designed to adjust automatically to hold as much as you need. The super thin design will magically adapt to your own personal storage needs. Q: What is Tyvek®, and is it toxic?
A: This unique material is made from very fine, high-density
polyethylene (H.D.P.E.) fibers that are spun at high speeds to interlock in random patterns, resulting in a superior fabric that is tough as nails but also lightweight and breathable. These distinct properties make it a popular material for the medical, construction, apparel and stationery industries. Tyvek is also low-linting, smooth and opaque. The ph neutral Tyvek material is non-toxic and is printed with SGS environmentally friendly inks. Tyvek is made with 25% recycled material and is itself 100% recyclable.
Q: Can I store a lot of different cards in the outer pockets?
A: We suggest storing business cards in the outside pockets, we have found that plastic credit cards and coupon cards can possibly slip out if the wallet if it is held from its sides upside down. However this is a very unnatural way to hold any wallet and will most likely not occur.
Q: How should I clean my Mighty Wallet?
A: We suggest hand washing your mighty wallet with mild soap and warm water. However doing so may not always return the mighty wallet to its pristine original version, The mighty wallet is designed to “patina” with age.
Q: Is the Mighty Wallet® tear-proof?
A: The majority of our Mighty Wallet® customers have been happily using their wallet for years without any incident. According to DuPont, "Tyvek® resist punctures, tears and moisture." But of course, Tyvek® is not tear-proof. However the Mighty Wallet is mighty strong! Q: How come my credit cards slip out of the side pockets?
A: These pockets are meant to hold a small number of business cards and not meant for storage of credit cards and/or any other personal information.
Q: How can I make my own Mighty Wallet?
A: You can use the following instructional video Terrence has done
showing how to make a wallet from an express mail envelope. The
envelope material is not as strong as the Tyvek used in the Mighty
Wallet but it is always good to re-purpose old Tyvek envelopes into
wallets, or you can recycle them too (See below):
Q: What happens if my super hero friend tears my wallet, can I get a
A: No. Dupont, the Manufactureres of Tyvek® states that "Tyvek resist punctures, tears and moistures."
But of course, Tyvek® is not tear-proof and we can not be held responsible if you purposedly tore your mighty wallet.
Q: I did not receive an email confirmation of my order, when will I?
A: You shall receive an email confirmation and a tracking number once your order has shipped which is within 1 - 2 business days after it has been placed with the exception of all major holidays and orders placed after 10am on a Friday though 10 am on Monday. All orders placed during this time will ship on Monday or the next business day.
Q: I made a mistake and need to update/change my order or shipping information, what should I do?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible via phone at 212 431 3005 or via email; at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please included your order reference # and any information that needs to be changed.
Q: I have received an AVS Mismatch when trying to check out, what is this and has my order gone through?
A: AVS Mismatch occurs when your provided address and/or postal code
could not be verified with the records of your financial institution.
All transactions that have received an AVS Mismatch have been
declined. IMPORTANT: Please contact your bank before trying to replace
Declined transactions due to AVS Mismatch will still deduct the funds from your credit card. However, the funds will be automatically credited to you within 3 business days.This policy is outside of Dynomighty Design’s power to change and involves inter-banking policy.
Q: I don’t have a credit card or PayPal account but I still want a mighty wallet, what should I do?
A: You can place an order with personal check or money order, simply
send your check or money order with your order details in the mail to:

Make checks payable to Dynomighty Design, Inc. Payments with money orders are shipped upon receipt of the Money Order. Personal checks must clear before shipping (usually 3-4 business days).
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon
delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
please return the merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or refund
in the form of original payment. Gift recipients will receive a
merchandise voucher. The item returned must be in its original
packaging in salable condition. Once we receive the return we will go
ahead and refund your card.
We do not store your credit card, the company we use to process credit cards allows us to refund the customer without seeing the customers credit card information. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Once received we will refund your transaction for the amount of the products. Depending on your bank, it may take up to three days for the funds to be available after the refund has been submitted.
Q: How do I get a discount?
A: If you haven’t joined us yet on Facebook you should. This is where we will introduce our brand new styles, post special offers,and have fun contests that may allow you to win a free mighty wallet. You will even find a 10% discount code for your next order, just for our Facebook fans (hint: check out our pictures). You should also add your email address to our insider information newsletter, we send about 10 emails a year that contain exclusive offers. WE DO NOT SELL OR DISTRIBUTE CUSTOMER INFORMATION OF ANY KIND TO ANYONE.
Q: When will I receive my Mighty Wallet®?
A: All orders are shipped within 1 -2 business days after it has been placed,
with the exception of orders placed on national holidays and after
10am on a Friday through 10 am on Monday. All orders placed during this
time will ship on Monday or the next business day. Free shipping ships
via USPS First Class Mail, which takes between 3 – 5 postal days to
receive, However we have also noticed that in same rare cases it had
taken up to two weeks for a customer to receive their package.
USPS Priority Mail International shipping takes between 6 – 10
business day to arrive, However once the package leaves the US it is
dependent on your Country’s Postal Service, in some rare cases it has taken some customers about a month for them to receive their
If time is a concern please use one of the faster UPS Services which can take between 2 – 6 days to arrive with more detailed tracking information
Q: How can I track my package?
A: Once your order ships you will be sent an email containing your
order information as well as your tracking number. simply click on the
tracking number in the email and it should take you directly to the
detailed tracking page. If not simply copy and paste your tracking
number into a Google search bar and you should be redirected to the
detailed tracking information page.
Please note that USPS Does not always update their tracking information and does not always provide an accurate package progress report.

Q: Why can’t I track my package
A: Information is not readily available if your order has been mailed
recently. You should check back later in the day or tomorrow.
All USPS Priority Mail International orders are not track able once it
has left the US, the package is also dependent on your countries
Please note that once the package has left the US, Dynomighty can no longer be held responsible if the package is lost or damaged once it has left the US.
Q: I have not received my package yet, where is it?
A: If your package has shipped via USPS and it has been over two weeks
since you have been notified that the package has shipped please
contact us at 1 212 431 3005 so we can launch an investigation with
the USPS on the whereabouts of your order.
If your package has been shipped via UPS and you have not received your package after 7 days from shipment please contact us at the number above so we can look into this.
Q: How do I recycle my mighty wallet?
A: Our Mighty products are made with Tyvek® which is a highly recyclable form of HDPE (grade #2 plastic). Not all recycling centers are ready to accept this form of HDPE, however Tyvek® can be recycled at more than 70 facilities in North America that accept flexible HDPE products with the SPI symbol (left). For assistance in locating the one nearest you, contact DuPont at 1-800-448-9835. At Dynomighty we have our own recycling program where you can send any used Mighty products made of Tyvek and we will recycle them for you.

Q: How is Tyvek recycled?
A: Recycled Tyvek is mainly used as an alternative to wood. The material is repurposed to make things such as park benches, playground equipment, decking and corrugated pipes.
